Ice Wine harvest time!
No one expected such frosts at the turn of November and December. Meanwhile, last night the thermometers showed -12 degrees Celsius. Thanks to this low temperature, the grapes became hard as stone. Early in the morning we went to the vineyard and started harvesting.
Later in the day, slow pressing took place and the multi-week fermentation would soon begin.
We would like to thank the entire team who finished the 2023 harvest with such good energy.
